DC IR vs SOC (III)

INR21700-40T added. Generally lower IR but has some strange bumps in it. The cell capacity came up as only just reaching its rated capacity.

Interesting note, the Samsung cells all weighed in at about their nominal rated capacity, the Panasonic and PLB cells came in at their typical cell rating. As a reminder, typical is higher than the nominal.

I have four of these cells on cycle test and the NCR18650BF, GA and INR18650-35E are almost down to 90%. Once they reach this I will be testing these values again to see what the internal resistance will be.
